1 WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST
Compliance to the Warehouse Standard Processes and Controls.
Assists Warehouse In-Charge with the warehouse operations in accordance to standard processes.
May lead the receiving (from supplier / RRS processing) and put-away activities.
Ensures that picking (order processing) is done in full and on time.
Partakes during the inventory count and helps in the reconciliation of variances.
Warehouse Stocks Management.
Ensures proper segregation of inventory (good stocks, free goods, bad orders, promo materials).
Ensures proper handling and storage of inventories.
Maintains proper labeling of items, divisions, areas inside the warehouse.
Monitors slow and non-moving stocks and reports these to Warehouse In-Charge and Warehouse Coordinator.
Management of Warehouse Equipment.
Inspects warehouse material handling equipment.
Make sure that these are well maintained and operational.
Initiate requests for repairs and replacement when needed.
Maintains safe and clean work environment based on housekeeping standards.
