Proficient in using different MS Office applications (such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

Good communication skills – written, oral, and presentations.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Time management skills.
Experience developing detailed reports and proposals.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee morale.
With background experience working in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
