Very good to excellent written and spoken English skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in any course or field.
Minimum 2 years of managing end-to-end multi-account global operations in a global BPO company (either CX or CM).
Minimum 2 global BPO companies in the employment history.
Should have advanced knowledge in the BPO industry.
Should have Strategic planning skills, Financial Management skills & Commercial Management skills.
Proficiency in Operations Management: performance management, quality, training, WFM, operations forecasting, and reporting.
Secures delivery of Conectys business results, targets, and KPIs in the managed site.
Secures implementation of Conectys policies, processes, procedures, and strategic/tactical / action plans in the Delivery Site.
Supports business forecasting and reporting for the managed site.
Liaises with peers in other departments and operations teams to support Conectys Strategic Planning.
Manages the site’s team performance and resources.
Represents Conectys in front of clients, prospects, and governmental bodies in relation to Conectys operations in the managed site.
