1 VICE PRESIDENT FOR HUMAN RESOURCE
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/ Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 10 years of HR Management experience, either as Manager to Director level.
At least 5 years’ experience in the BPO Industry.
Extensive knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations.
At least 3 years’ Experience in overseeing Talent Acquisition and Employee Onboarding.
Willing to be assigned in Buhangin, Davao City.
