2 HR OD AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS
Graduate of HR Management, Psychology, and other Behavioral Sciences, or related courses.
At least five (5) years of work experience in the field of talent development, assessments, course development, facilitation, and engagement.
Sufficient knowledge in candidate competency assessment, conducting interviews and using various recruitment tools or systems.
Sufficient exposure and understanding of BPO operations to understand the nature and profile of competencies required in the development of its leaders assessment training design and facilitation certifications are a plus.
Willing to be assigned in Buhangin, Davao City.
