1 TRAINING STAFF
Preferably a graduate, Human Resource Development or related field.
At least (1) year experience in HR/Training such as but not limited to:
Conducting Training and developing training modules;
Creating assessment instruments;
and designs, develops and delivers appropriate learning solutions for training purposes;
Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and desire to work with external/internal customers;
High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude;
Strong Microsoft Office Skills;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment;
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel and to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
