1 MAINTENANCE STAFF
Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical / Electronics Engineering graduate or any technical/vocational courses.
Male.
1 year or more work experience in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and Building Maintenance preferably in the hotel industry or any similar service industry.
Knowledgeable in building administration, handling projects, understands and read plans (structural/mechanical/electrical/architectural).
Knowledgeable in trouble shooting of elevators, air conditioning system, generator set, with ability to detect and repair damages and malfunctions.
Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
Good communication skills (both written and oral).
Willing to work extended hours.
Computer literate (MS Office applications).
