Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Duly licensed by PRC in accordance with R.A. No. 9173 known as “Philippine Nursing Act of 2002”.
Certificate of Training in the nursing care of renal dialysis patients from competent training providers.
Certificate of Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) recognized by the American Heart Association (AHA), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Department of Health (DOH).
Preferably with an updated training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) recognized by the Department of Health (DOH).
Passed the 6 months Probationary Period.
Preferably with at least 1 year hospital ward/clinic experience.
Preferably with at least 2 months dialysis unit experience.
