2 HR COORDINATORS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Proven at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field preferably in manufacturing industry.
Knowledgeable in different facets of HR.
Can effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, people-oriented, highly organized and has a strong sense of confidentiality.
A demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
Can work in a fast-paced working environment.
Able to handle a wide number of personnel.
Preferably a resident in Panabo City.
Willing to be assigned in San Vicente Panabo, Davao del Norte and Davao City.
