Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Canvasser, Purchaser, Purchasing Agent or similar role preferably in a construction or general engineering industry.
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
Understanding of supply chain procedures.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
