Retirement<br \/>\n\u2022 Early retirement at age 45<br \/>\n\u2022 Optional retirement at age 60<br \/>\n\u2022 Mandatory retirement at age 65<\/p>\n<p>b. Permanent departure from the country<\/p>\n<p>c. Permanent or total physical disability<\/p>\n<p>d. Insanity<\/p>\n<p>e. Termination from service by reason of health<\/p>\n<p>f. Death of the member<\/p>\n<p>g. Optional withdrawal at 10 or 15 continuous years of membership<br \/>\n\u2022 A member who registered under RA7742 may be allowed to withdraw his TAV\u00a0after 10 or 15 years of continuous membership.<br \/>\n\u2022 A member who registered under RA9679 may be allowed to withdraw his TAV\u00a0after 15 years of continuous membership.<\/p>\n<p>h.
