with ID photo \u2013 original copy<\/li>\n<li>Approved Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS) \u2013 original copy<\/li>\n<li>Certified true copy of Transfer Certificate Title (TCT) of the property by the Registry of Deeds (latest title)<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of updated Tax Declaration<\/li>\n<li>Location plan and Vicinity map<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Employed Pag-IBIG Members:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation (Pag-IBIG Format)<\/li>\n<li>Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation (Employer\u2019s Format) and one month latest Pay Slip<\/li>\n<li>Income Tax Return\/Certificate of Tax Withheld (W2 \u2013 Form 2316) and one month latest Pay Slip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Self-Employed Pag-IBIG Member:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Income Tax return (one year) with Audited Financial Statements and Official Receipt of tax payment from Bank<\/li>\n<li>DTI Registration<\/li>\n<li>Business or Mayor\u2019s Permit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Pag-IBIG Overseas Program (POP):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Employment Contract or Employer\u2019s Certificate of Income, duly certified by the employer (with English translation if in foreign language) or other valid Proof of Income<br \/>\nSpecial Power of Attorney (SPA) notarized prior to date of departure or duly certified and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the country where the member is staying, for members abroad<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depending on the purpose of your housing loan, Pag-IBIG may ask that you submit the following upon Loan<br \/>\nApplication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase of Lot or Purchase of Residential Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract to Sell Purchase Agreement \u2013 original copy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>House Construction or Home Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building Plans, Specifications and Bill of Materials duly signed by the Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate Tax Receipt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refinancing of an Existing Loan<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Statement of Account on the outstanding balance and also indicating the purpose of the loan<\/li>\n<li>Any of the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Official Receipt for the past twelve months<\/li>\n<li>Subsidiary Ledger<\/li>\n<li>Any proof of payment for the past twelve months<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Lot Purchase and House Construction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply the requirements for lot purchase and for lot construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: Pag-IBIG Fund reserves the right to require additional requirements<br \/>\nto facilitate the loan evaluation process.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" prior to Loan Release (upon approval)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TCT in the name of the borrower with proper mortgage annotation in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund (Owner\u2019s Copy)<\/li>\n<li>Certified true copy of TCT in the name of the borrower with proper mortgage annotation in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund (RD\u2019s copy)<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of New Tax Declaration in the name of the Borrower and Updated Tax Receipt<\/li>\n<li>Proof of Billing<\/li>\n<li>Loan Mortgage Documents<\/li>\n<li>Loan and Mortgage Agreement with original RD stamp<\/li>\n<li>Notarized Promissory Note<\/li>\n<li>Disclosure Statement on Loan Transaction<\/li>\n<li>For The Employed Members : Collection Servicing Agreement with Authority to Deduct Loan Amortization or Post \u2013 Dated Checks<\/li>\n<li>For The Self\u2013Employed Members: Post\u2013Dated Checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Additional Documents Prior to Loan Release Depending on Loan Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase of Lot or Purchase of Residential Unit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deed of Absolute Sale with original RD stamp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> House Construction or Home Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, Electrical, and Sanitary Permits duly approved by the building officials<\/li>\n<li>Occupancy Permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Source:\u00a0<a
