The <a href=\"http:\/\/pinoy-ofw.net\/guides\/sss_r-5.pdf\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Contributions Payment Return Form (RS-5)<\/a> is used by a voluntary or self-employed SSS member to pay his or her contribution. <\/p>\n<p>Please note that payments are not retroactive &#8212; you cannot pay months you missed in the past.
