Overseas Filipino Voters in California Receive Ballots

CALIFORNIA, United States—The Commission on Elections has started sending the ballots for the national elections in the Philippines and some of the overseas absentee voters have already received them, the Philippine consulate general in San Francisco said in a news release.

In the same release, the Philippine consulate said overseas absentee voters may claim their electoral mail at 447 Sutter Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco, no later than May 7, 2010.

To claim the electoral mail, overseas absentee voters are asked to present any valid Philippine or US government-issued identification card.
