Parent pa rin ang dapat managot nyan. OWWA contributions are for other purpose (insurance benefits, death benefits, loans) hindi ito educational fund.

Limited lang ang pondo ng gobyerno kaya hindi lahat mabibigyan ng education benefits. Yung nakukuha ay yung pumasa sa exam (matalino). Why don't you apply sa scholarship? May email, phone at address naman sa taas.

Too bad, bayad ka lang ng bayad 21 years hindi mo pala alam ano matatanggap mo?
